This site is the result of a number of Art projects carried out by the children in the Mayflower federation, and is a record of our ideas, thoughts, choices and decisions, so that we finished up with pieces of work that were an expression of ourselves, as people.
The fact that we can have ideas and express them, is fundamental to our human development and well-being, and that ability to chose one thing above another, is crucial to becoming balanced people and functioning personalities.
I am grateful for the provision of this opportunity to teach what I believe and to be delighted by Art that raises up and grows and communicates to others new ideas.
These experiences have had an impact on the attitude and approach of the children to the decision making processes and have built confidence to try out ideas, make judgements, fail and re-adjust.
